‘I’m not sure we can find the words to do justice to Paul’s work. The images he captured of our day were perfect. The day itself was something of a blur to us, but Paul was there by our side the whole time, catching every glance, smile, laugh and tear. In the lead-up Paul was awesome. He gave us his creative view without ever imposing on our ideas and gave us total confidence that he would know where his lens needed to be when on the day. I can remember him arriving for our pre-ceremony shots in the morning and feeling like another one of the gang had turned up. He worked so well with our bridal party, getting what he needed without once slowing the flow of the day. We loved the way he shared a slideshow of highlights to music – it was so much more powerful than scrolling through a gallery! Paul gets it. He gets that a wedding is more than the formal portraits. His photos caught the moments we missed, and the end result doesn’t even slightly feel like a series of individual shots. His photos truly told ‘our’ story and we couldn’t be happier.’
